Summary of Data We Collect (App Privacy "Nutrition Label")
In accordance with Apple's App Store privacy requirements, the list below summarises the categories of data the App may collect, consistent with the App Privacy details declared in App Store Connect.
- Contact Info — name, email address, phone number, postal address, where you create an account or contact us.
- User Content — photos, images or other media you choose to upload, capture or submit within the App.
- Identifiers — account ID, device ID, used to identify your account and secure the App.
- Usage Data — product interaction, app launches, taps and navigation, used to operate and improve the App.
- Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data, used to maintain App stability.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, so the App does not display Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

When you register for an account or otherwise use the App, we may collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, home address and/or business address, and any other information you choose to submit through the App.
Photos, Camera & Media
Where a feature of the App requires it, we may request access to your device's camera or photo library so that you can capture or upload images. This access is only requested when needed for a specific feature, and images are only accessed, uploaded or stored when you actively choose to do so. You can withdraw this permission at any time via your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos / Camera.
Usage & Diagnostic Information
We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the App, including device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports and general usage patterns. We use this information to maintain, secure and improve the App.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate and maintain the App
- create and manage your account
- process any transactions or services you request through the App
- communicate with you, including responding to enquiries and sending service-related notifications
- monitor and analyse usage and trends to improve the App's functionality and user experience

Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, either using the account deletion option within the App (where available) or by contacting us at email@done.uk and stating "Right To Remove Your Data". We will action your request as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days, after verifying your identity.
Data Access Requests
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us and stating "Personal Data Request". We aim to respond within 72 hours and will provide the requested data in a commonly used, machine-readable format where applicable, and in any event within the statutory one-month period.
Right to Complain
If you have concerns about how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at www.ico.org.uk.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Push Notifications
The App may send you push notifications relating to your account or service updates. You can disable push notifications at any time via your device's Settings > Notifications.
